It’s impressive to see what the team at Orbem has built over the past few years. I’m a huge fan of their project and the vision they’re pursuing.

All the more, I was delighted to have the opportunity — now for the second time — to photograph the faces behind this success story. Shown here are the four leaders at the top: Miguel Molina Romero, Maria Laparidou, Pedro Gómez, and Benjamin Rauser.

Orbem is a Munich-based deep-tech company (founded in 2019) that combines artificial intelligence with MRI technology to generate non-invasive insights into biological systems. Their solutions allow industries — especially in food, agriculture, and healthcare — to “see inside” products like eggs, seeds, or fruit without cutting them open, helping reduce waste, improve quality, and increase transparency.
